Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine beef, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a bowl. Marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and add garlic and onions, cooking until softened.
  3. Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add potatoes, carrots, bay leaves, tomato sauce, and beef broth.
  5. Close the lid and set to manual high pressure for 30 minutes.
  6. Release pressure naturally, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
