- 1 teaspoon mustard powder

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion, garlic, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are soft.
- Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
