  • 4 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup heavy cream, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip 3 cups heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer 4 lasagna noodles.
  5. Spread half of the lemon mixture over the noodles.
  6. Top with a layer of whipped cream.
  7. Repeat the layers, ending with whipped cream on top.
  8. Sprinkle sliced almonds over the top.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
