  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, additional salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
